The place

Experience Son Tortova.

The wind blows through the old olive and carob trees. Between the vines, the chalky white limestone reflects the sun. It smells of bright citrus trees and the herbs of the maquis. The light casts a thousand shadows, the sea glistens on the horizon. A place of vibrant beauty, where wild nature meets the gentle structure of the vineyard.

The wine

shaped by limestone, wind and the unique landscape, a new original is created every year.

The wind is strong, the summers are hot and challenging. our vines are therefore deeply rooted in the barren and calcareous soil. This gives Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot their powerful structure and complexity. The ancient native variety Manto Negro gives Son Tortova its unmistakable character – and keeps Mallorca's wine heritage alive.

In 2020, we selected these seven small plots and planted vines that match the terroir:

4,321 vines Cabernet Sauvignon
5,432 vines Syrah
4,321 vines Merlot
3,210 vines Manto Negro

Each year, these facets are blended into a cuvée of which we only produce 3,000 cases.

People

With dedication to product and landscape.

We are a small team of five with a shared conviction: A good wine is the result of careful craftsmanship and a connection to the landscape. We tend our vineyard plots with respect for nature and culture. As a young winery, we remain curious and open to inspiration.
