Here, in the far east of Mallorca, lies Son Tortova, embraced by wild shrubs, stone walls and ancient carob trees. Nature showed us the way – we listened closely and looked carefully. The limestone terroir forms the basis for our vineyards. They were gently woven into this primordial landscape. Only in this was the only way could such a layered topography, this deep coherence take shape. Today, Son Tortova harmoniously merges what always has been with what was allowed to to grow from it.
We act in harmony with nature, according to the highest ecological standards. The work on the vines, from pruning to harvesting, is carried out with great care and exclusively by hand - with the four-legged support of our six sheep. The topography of the vineyard requires us to understand and care for each plot in its uniqueness. This is work that challenges, enriches and connects.
